We have received many promises of cooperation and aid. We are looking at you again - Gaduridos was harmed seriously during the civil war and we as a newly renovated nation have many needs in terms of military power, medicine, food and clothing. Either it is aid or debt to be repaid later does not matter
ooc: this is where nations (if any) may offer the humanitarian aid, finance or weapons to new Respublica. To actually follow up the aid orderly it would be great if you could post bills in your legislature on providing above mentioned aid (even if it is secret, bill can be labelled as IC Secret - aid to Gaduridos)
