Declaration of Padrilkan Independence

The Provisional Government of the Second Jewish People's Republic of Beiteynu

Declaration of Padrilkan Independence wrote:The Second People's Republic of Beiteynu, Beitenyu was the birthplace of Socialism amongst the Jewish people. Here their spiritual, religious and political identity was shaped. Here they first attained to statehood, created cultural values of national and universal significance and gave to the world the eternal Book of Books.

Impelled by this historic and traditional attachment, Socialist Jews strove in every successive generation to re-establish themselves in their homeland. In recent decades they returned in their masses. Pioneers, immigrants coming to Padrilka in defiance of restrictive legislation and defenders, they made cities bloom, revived the Yiddish language, built villages and towns, and created a thriving community controlling its own economy and culture, loving peace but knowing how to defend itself, bringing the blessings of progress to all the country's inhabitants, and aspiring towards independent nationhood.

In the year 2756, at the summons of the spiritual father of the Socialist Jewish State, Jess-Avery Affentranger, the Padrilka Knesset Hadash convened and proclaimed the right of the Socialist Jewish people to national rebirth in its own country.

The catastrophe which recently befell the Jewish people - the oppression of millions of Jews and Socialists in Barmenistan and Pontesi - was another clear demonstration of the urgency of solving the problem of its homelessness by re-establishing in Padrilka, the Socialist Jewish State, which would open the gates of the homeland wide to every Jew and confer upon the Jewish people the status of a fully privileged member of the comity of nations.

Survivors of the Nazi holocaust in Barmenia, as well as Jews from other parts of the world including Pontesi, continued to migrate to Beiteynu many going to Padrilka, undaunted by difficulties, restrictions and dangers, and never ceased to assert their right to a life of dignity, freedom and honest toil in their national homeland.

This right is the natural right of the Socialist Jewish people to be masters of their own fate, like all other nations, in their own sovereign State.

ACCORDINGLY WE, MEMBERS OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, REPRESENTATIVES OF THE SOCIALIST AND JEWISH COMMUNITIES OF PADRILKA, ARE HERE ASSEMBLED ON THE EVE OF THE SHABBAT AND, BY VIRTUE OF OUR NATURAL AND HISTORIC RIGHT, HEREBY DECLARE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SOCIALIST STATE IN BEITEYNU, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SECOND JEWISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF BEITEYNU.

WE DECLARE that, with effect from the moment of the ratification of the Declaration being tonight, the eve of Shabbat, the 22nd Kislev, 6517 (7th December, 2756), until the establishment of the elected, regular authorities of the State in accordance with the Constitution which shall be adopted by the Elected Constituent Assembly not later than the 1st February 2756, the People's Council shall act as a Provisional Council of State, and its executive organ, the People's Administration, shall be the Provisional Government of the Socialist Jewish State, to be called "Beiteynu".

THE SECOND JEWISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF BEITEYNU will be open for immigration and for the Ingathering of the Exiles; it will foster the development of the country for the benefit of all its inhabitants; it will be based on freedom, justice and peace as envisaged by the prophets of Beiteynu; it will ensure complete equality of social and political rights to all its inhabitants irrespective of religion, race or sex; it will guarantee freedom of religion, conscience, language, education and culture; it will safeguard the Holy Places of all religions; and it will be faithful to the principles of Social Democracy.

WE EXTEND our hand to all neighbouring states and their peoples in an offer of peace and good neighbourliness, and appeal to them to establish bonds of cooperation and mutual help with the sovereign Socialist Jewish people settled in its own land. The State of Israel is prepared to do its share in a common effort for the advancement of the entire Middle East.

WE APPEAL to the Socialists and of the Jewish people throughout Terra to rally round the Second Jewish People's Republic of Beiteynu in the tasks of immigration and upbuilding and to stand by them in the great struggle for the realization of the age-old dream - the redemption of Beiteynu.

PLACING OUR TRUST IN THE "ROCK OF BEITEYNU", WE AFFIX OUR SIGNATURES TO THIS PROCLAMATION AT THIS SESSION OF THE PROVISIONAL COUNCIL OF STATE, ON THE SOIL OF THE HOMELAND, IN THE CITY OF BETH HACCHEREM, ON THIS SHABBAT EVE, THE 22ND DAY OF KISLEV, 6517 (7TH DECEMBER,2756).

SORRY, SIGNATURES NOT INCLUDED.

Press Release wrote:DSPB troops have marched into Padrilka amid cheers and fanfare from Socialist supporters there.

There are an estimated 414,250 Socialist and Schultzist Troops in Padrilka under the command of DSPB militia leader Lieutenant General Dame Deborah Klink II. Shortly after putting down riots in the province, Klink released this statement:

"The time for oppression is over! This land is now under the jurisdiction of The 2nd Jewish People's Republic of Beiteynu, and under our rule we shall free ourselves from the tyranny of our dictators. Soon all people of Beiteynu shall understand that we bring freedom, and that we bring an end to oppression!

When all of this dictatorship falls, the people of this nation shall stand up and be proud of the prosperity we shall build, rather than live in shame of the squalor they are forced to endure.

On to liberation! On to justice!"

The National Anthem:

The Socialist National Anthem:

The Jewish National Anthem:

First stanza
Beiteynu, Beiteynu above all,
Above all in the world,
When, for protection and defence, it always
takes a brotherly stand together.
From the Verranderlijke Ocean to Pontesi,
From Barmenistan to Migrant's Pass,
Beiteynu, Beiteynu above everything,
Above everything in the world.
Second stanza
Jewish people, Jewish loyalty,
Jewish wine and Jewish song
Shall retain in the world
Their old beautiful Chime
And inspire us to noble deeds
During all of our life.
Jewish people, Jewish loyalty,
Jewish wine and Jewish song!
Third stanza
Unity and justice and freedom
For the Jewish homeland!
For these let us all strive
Brotherly with heart and hand!
Unity and justice and freedom
Are the pledge of fortune;
Flourish in this fortune's blessing,
Flourish, Jewish homeland.

The Anthem of the Democratic Socialist Party of Beiteynu.

Kalopia will not proceed towards getting involved in the subject until we hear the official government's response. Same goes for the GPO administration, for which the current Grand Secretariat may give a fuller statement.

The King stands up with his loyal Nesi HaMedina Hadash(a) Moshe Ben-Lavi of the CZP stand outside on a balcony to tell the people their response to the "declaration". Ben-Lavi reads,

We, are the elected Government of the Medinat Yeudi Hadash haBeiteynu or The New Jewish State of Beitynu, and as such we have been choses to lead the people the way that is best for everyone. We see that others, instead of campaigning and staying loyal to the nation, have chosen terrorism, assaination attempts on my life. We see the new "Jewish People's Republic" as an illegal entity and no more than NWO trash. They have neither the majority of the Knesset or the Padrikilan Knesset to make such a declaration. Our prayers go to the good CZP and SPR MPK's stuck in Padrilka, we hope that they haven't been killed by these pigs. The DSPB lies to you with their talk about assassination atemps on the lives of their important leaders, when then send people to kill elected leaders, like myself.

Under an Executive decree we ask that this is done to keep Shalom in the Medinat Yeudi Hadash haBeiteynu. We are ordering all BRC Milita to Padrilka, to fight off these horrible people. We are going to request the firing of all DSPB cabinet members and all but 2 of their jurists. We are going to take and/or destroy all Klink Industry factories in our nation as soon as we see them. A total blockade of DSPB companies and industries will begin soon. All DSPB members will be tried in the supreme Court for Treason against the nation and the crown.

With this peace can come to the Jewish People. We will destroy the Atheist Solalists as they want to destroy true Judaism and Christianity.

He steps back and lets King (HaMelek) Johna of Zion step to the podium.

"I am deeply worried about the situation going on in the south of the nation. We were once a united nation, with strong morals and a peace loving populace. Now the Socialists have destroyed that. They seek to destroy the peace and love we have had for a very long time. What upsets me more is the fact that my own daughter, a princess, has taken part in this. Well, in response to the illegal declaration, I am giving this ultimatum, either she and her followers, denounce this or I will let my loyal government take care of her as they would any of these common terrorists. I hope it doesn't to that but I hope that you change your ways."

The Queen stands up with her loyal Regent and Chairman Jess-Avery Affentranger of the DSPB stand outside on a balcony overlooking Bei-Cola Square in Beth Haccherem to tell the people their response to the statements of the Government in Birahteynu. Affentranger reads,

We, are the elected Government of the Second Jewish People's Republic of Beiteynu or the Mehoz of Padrilka, and as such we have been chosen to lead the people of Padrilka the way that is best for everyone. We see that others, instead of accepting the will of the people of Padrilka, have chosen hostility and denial of assasination attempts on my life. We see the Government in Birahteynu as a war-mongering group and just another puppet of the Axis. We do have the majority in the Padrilkan Knesset to make such a declaration. The only change instituted by Second Jewish People's Republic of Beiteynu is to name the princess as a regional queen, define regional anthems, and ask for peaceful acceptance. We have not killed anyone and we do not plan to seperate the Jewish people any more than with a new name for this mehoz. We are not terrorists and have never and will never assinate or attempt to assinate anyone. The denial of attempts on the Chairman's life are a clear example of ignorance, hatred, and propogandic lies.

We what Atheist Solalists are and would like to know how we support them. We are friendly to all religions and are affilliated with most Terran Churches and religious groups.

He steps back and lets Queen (HaMalka) Hava Elisheva of Zion step to the podium.

"I am deeply worried about the response of my father and Mr. Ben-Lavi. When we were a united nation, we were not perfect, despite what my father whom I love dearly may think. Now the Conservative parties are trying to turn this into a horrible war. They seek to destroy the peace and love we wanted to continue. What upsets me more is the fact that my own father, the King, has taken part in this. Well, in response to the ultimatum, I am forced to go against my father in the name of the people of Padrilka, I will let my loyal government take care of his army as they would any other. I hope it doesn't get to that, I hope that you change your ways."

Press Release from Lord John Rannigan

His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty, Emperor Maximilian III of Luthori & Alduria does not recognize the breakaway territories as sovereign states. He recognizes those zones to be under the legal jurisdiction of the Medinat Yeudi Hadash haBeiteynu, loyal friend and ally of the Empire. We advise the government in beiteynu to deal with the rebels swiftly and decisevely.

In addition, to safeguard the Kingdom of Yishelem of any possible attack, the defense ministry has instructed the IV and V squadrons to form Carrier Group Orion, which will patrol the waters off the coast of Yishelem. We wish to remain the rebels than we desire peace and that any attempt to endanger subjects of His Majesty would be most unwise.

Prime Minister (representative of the Emperor) of the Holy Luthori Empire

We have no plans of attacking Yishelem and would like to remind Luthori and Yishelem who blockaded them (CZP/SPR) and who voted against the blockade(DSPB), which still continues.

Nantashem, Tadraki

A convoy of technicals, all filled to the brim with armed Tadrakian Resistance forces, arrives at the scene. One very notable occupant of the convoy is a revolutionary. As the convoy comes to a halt a sea of Tadrakian militants stands in front of a stage. In a single moment the convoy's occupants dismount. Flooding the surrounding area the armed resistance makes it's way to the stage. The notable figure walks onto the stage escorted by the Resistance. Zurest Vorder, leader of the uprising in Tadraki, steps to the podium. Wearing his uniform from the previous war he is facing a crowd of nearly 150,000 people rallying. Vorder looks to the crowd in front of them. Throwing their hands up; hoping he will look to them. Vorder puts his hand up for everyone to stop rallying. After a brief moment the crowd quiets down. As the Tadrakian Uprising flags wave behind him recites his well-rehearsed speech.

"For many years we have face the oppression of the Socialists and the Zionists. Tonight, we stand behind the Zionists in hopes that our voices will be heard in the legislation! It has been too long that Socialists control the legislative body. The Tadrakian people are fed up with the Socialists."

Vorder recites the speech in such as tone that is appears he is angry. Slamming his fist to the podium in front of the militants they begin to cheer. As he looks to them once more he puts his hand up for them to quiet down. Vorder begins to speak into the microphone.

"The Padrilkin Resistance has focused their troops in their homeland. This is a sign of treason to our government. We can not let this go! We must unite with the nation to squash these rebels and get them out of Beitenyu once and for all. The Tadrakian Uprising will back the government in any military decisions they have made. If the government lets these rebels go without force, the Tadrakian people will overthrow the Beitenyuese government once and for all. Consider this a warning for both the Beitenyuese government and Socialists! No longer are we a resistance force; We're the Tadrakian Military Regime. Long live the Tadrakian people!"

As Vorder finishes his speech he walks down off the podium. The Resistance force moving back to the technicals where they mount. As the technicals pull off from the scene they can be heard singing the Tadrakian Resistance anthem. The convoy is en route to an disclosed location where Zurest Vorder hides out, due to the Padrilkan rebellion. Vorder does not make many public appearances except to rally more supporters.

ooc: i will support the CZN if they take military action to stop the socialists. if they do not i will try and revolt with a force of 500 militants. i think that is a fair number. first post, any complaints? i'm just trying to add tension.
