The nations shall be placed into Pools randomly (using their numbering order above and through the use of the random generator http://www.random.org) given that no nation has competed in the tournament before and we have no current rankings.
Pool A, Pool B etc
(each pool should have 5 competing teams, but it may well be, depending on how many sign up, that we have 4 groups of 4, to ensure no teams are left out and to ensure the system works. The top 2 nations of each group will then progress to the semi finals)
