Davostan Civil War

Royalists were victorious in the December 3295 election acquiring 77.5% of the seats and ending the Satanic Republican Party's hold on the nation. Efforts are underway to overthrow Satanic Emperor Lord Medvih and his cabinet, change the nation's name, change regional names, and change city names. The Royalists are also increasing how many proposals can be presented per year, reducing the authority of the executive on cabinet changes, a new tax and spending budget, a new flag, and an entirely new structure to Davostan's highly centralized government.

Under the new plan, Davostan will be split into five kingdoms with one King to be senior to the five. The Royalists have chosen the regions of Davograd, Tarekha, and Kivonah to settle while giving the remaining regions Darkuth and Muronia to the SRP as a concession. However, after the election the SRP was only successful in Tarekha which was under the plan handed over to the House of Zachary, which had done poorly there. The SRP voters were up in arms forcing the House of Zachary to evacuate the region to friendly Kivonah. The people of Muronia and Darkuth who had voted heavily against the SRP were not enthused being under continued rule of the SRP. The Royalists are looking for diplomatic support in their civil war against the SRP. The SRP leadership continues to remain in power as HOS, HOG, and the cabinet. The Royalists have refused to cooperate with SRP cabinet and Lord Medvih himself.

The forces of Thor, Strom, and Zachary have forced the Satanic Republicans to surrender within months of the historic election of 3295. The region of Tarekha, which received the brunt of the fighting has been quelled. The Houses of Davostan have come together giving Thor the Kingdom of Davograd, Zachary the Kingdom of Kivonah, and Strom the Kingdom of Tarekha. With the SRP refusing to recognize the Royalist coalition, the Houses are negotiating an end to the Satanic Kingdoms in Darkuth and Muronia.

Christian I takes the Throne

Christian Thorsen, the leader of the Liberation Movement of Davostan and the House of Thor has been declared Imperial King of Davostan. He will also be given the title of Royal King of Davograd where the Liberation Movement was founded. His sons Harrisen and Lucasen have been made Imperial Princes of Davostan as well as Royal Princes of Davograd. The House of Zachary and Strom were also given royal titles to Kivonah and Tarekha. Despite the glorious ascension of Christian I, there appears to be some disagreement between the three Houses on how to divide the Satanic lands of Darkuth and Muronia.
