How RP bonus works:

Roleplay in sports RPs does NOT specifically need to be in the form of a match report, though that is fine if you wish to do so. You are allowed and encouraged to get creative with these RPs. Follow your manager, or a player, or several players, throughout the course of the World Cup. How do they feel about the match that was just played? How is team chemistry? How are they acting in the host nation(s)? Make this an enjoyable experience for yourself, RP as you like. Tell us a story.

Roleplays from each matchday grant your team a strong bonus in the next match day and a less strong -but still important- bonus in all matchdays following. A team that RPs once per matchday will tend to do better than a team that never RPs, or that only RPs now and then. RP bonus is not a guarantee of victory, however, and upsets do happen.

RPs will be ranked on a scale that varies depending on the weight of the matchday. If you're playing for the World Cup next match, your RP will have the potential to influence the results more strongly than in the first matchdays. The scoring is subjective based upon the host(s), but they will do their best to be fair and unbiased.

Completed rosters will be applied as RP bonus for the first matchday. Rosters completed after the roster RP bonus cutoff will not count toward the bonus, but please complete them anyway to help others RP against your team. Prior to matchday 1, everyone has the opportunity to gain RP bonus. You can RP your team traveling to the host nation(s), leaving your own nation, or whatever you might like to RP.
