All members of the FIFA may host the cup, if they place a bid on this threat, if no bid are made for the female world Cup

Countries may also request permission to participate, even if they are not members of the Fifa, or may ask for exclusion of some countries if they believe their current pose a treat to human rights, If there are no volunter, a arbitrary random vote of a single person will decide the host. If there are multiple volunteers, we shall pass vote on the interessed members of the Fifa. the one who win the most votes win.

to host the world Cup, a country must have prepared stadium at the latest technology, the Fifa is willing co-sponsor the Stadium for nation with financial troubles.

The World cup will proceed just like time, a group stage for qualifications, the 4 finalists of last years are automatically qualified, they are asked to play pratice matches whit the most serious attitude while the others are competition to keep things fairs. only 20 teams will qualify for the group phases out of 38, for a total of 24

the groups will be 4 groupes of 6 team, first three qualifies, 1st get seeded for quarters, 2nd and 3rd will have elimination round before playing quarter finals.

Dorvik, Baltusia, Lourenne and Rutania will start in the Practice groups, as they are qualified.

For the next tournament, in 3785, the 4th best team qualifies, which means that any team who wins the quarters final are qualified for the next cup.
