Foreign Assets To Be Seized (Dorvik)

Today, September 15th 3777, the State President of the Dorvish Peoples' Republic, Alexandra Schmid, announced that all foreign assets held within Dorvik would be seized by the Communist government by January 3780. The President stated that "Our nation must not be exploited by foreigners" and that "Any nation that attempts to circumvent these measures will have their embassies closed immediately".
