Women's World Cup - Voting

Postby redoct » Sat Jan 03, 2015 1:30 am

Since input in the discussion thread has been limited to the proposed hosts, thought it would be best to put a poll up so we can get this sorted asap.

Go Vorona!

How great it will be to host the Female World Cup in a dilapidated and ruined stadium. With the international media all around, it will be an opportunity to show the world the damage Zardugal has done. Perhaps, with the shot of a female player making a goal, the camera will also include a Zardic soldier pointing a gun at a child's head in the background - somewhere off to the side.

Ah my bad, didn't realise Malivia was out of the running. Edited original post - unfortunately it means the poll has been reset and you'll have to vote again.

Poll closes in seven days time, or as soon as there is a clear winner.

Cool - well that seems pretty unanimous: war-torn Vorona wins!!

And I don't need to do the RP, sweet! :D

For fucks sake I said Malivia is not in a civil war.

I do not have a problem wiwith the games being held elsewhere but get your facts straight.

I didn't say that, that was darklighty - and as he has been organising it I took it to mean as Malivia has recently been in a civil war it was not an appropriate venue. But hey if Vorona can host it after just coming out of a conflict you might have a point.

You can rerun the poll if you want, I suspect it won't make much difference (didn't have any votes when I did the edit). But my involvement in this is over; it's up to other people now.

The status of Vorona is in limbo until the discussion on the war is over. If it gets retconned, Vorona will be a perfect venue.

No us I said I don't care where the games are held only that darklight insists on saying malivia is in a civil war.
