We take issue with Mr. Aristocrat's position as Prosecutor, not on an individual person, I've no doubt he's a good person, however it is in our opinion that this trial, a trial that affected the world, and went beyond the scope of various organizations should be held by persons whom are not part of any international organization, or at the least are part of one that is neutral and does not care about the results of the trial one way or the other.
Particularly we believe that any representative from the GPO would not be particularly acceptable as the organization has proven to be little better than the Saiserist NWO when it comes to matters of peace.

Secondly we believe that this trial is moving far to fast, things should be moving at a slower (though obviously not snails pace) rate to allow for a full vested global interest be represented.

OOC:
Considering George has openly, multiple times said all he wants it to cause World War uhh, whatever number it would be, I don't think he's a good candidate for prosecution.

Secondly this is going way to fast, it should be slowed down so more members can join in, voice opinions etc., especially considering this is a new forum and thus their are still some members who have most likely not made the switch yet, atleast in full.

OOC: I have to agree with Iori on this one guys. We have not received enough international spotlight to get this trial started. We should wait until we get enough people participating. I think we all want all the facts presented as they are.

I suggest that we create a list of everyone who is willing to participate on this including witnesses and everyone else. That way, we'll know who is doing what and this trial goes smoothly. Let's allow others to indicate when is the best time for them. We all have lives and we should try to coordinate the best time for everyone.

So, we should postpone this trial until, at the least, next week.

I concur with the suggestion of postponing the trial.

OOC: Slowing down the trial is a good idea, however, I think George is an excellent candidate for prosecution. The fact that his goal is livening up Terra will make this trial all the more interesting.

Obviously, further agree. George should stay on as Prosecution. I think we should wait a week, and everyone who wants to testify and serve as a witness should identify that they want to testify, which specific named individual will do the testifying, and which side they will be testifying for.

I'll start off by saying that I will be testifying, through Saiser Rodion, who obviously will be testifying in his own defense.

OOC: Dang dang true alright. I have great plans for this trial. I also wish Khaler was here to comment on my nastiness... :P Joking of course, I may be greedy and egoist, but I'm not that arrogant...

I shall obviously RP the character of Malekas Aristocrat as the Head of Prosecution and I believe I reserve the right to call for any witnesses i please?

Of course. The list is simply to know which parties are interested in participating in the trial and which side they're on. Any testifying for the Prosecution (my guess is that will be the majority) should be conversing with you over what the two of you are going to do. You will still have the right, of course, to interrogate any testifying for the Defense in your own turn.

OOC: Excellent then. I am not very familiar with court proceedings but I am a fast learner. So, we shall postpone it until next week, that is a fact?

OOC: I may have trouble getting access on the weekend, so a postpone would be nice.
