The heirs of Mandkh and Shlajkai III to rule Jelbania?
Prince Wrntukai II has personally met with the heads of the Vrn-clan.

September 4006 - Ever since the craven H'án Intrsmor murdered the noble Prince Juhn III the nation of Jelbania has been under strict military rule, with all the hardships that come with it. The remnants of the local government have made the brother of the craven Intrsmor the new H'án, who now symbolically sits the throne as H'án Jeztri. Wiel has already stated that "the brother of the kinslayer can not sit the throne of Jelbania" and thus a new candidate had to be found. Instead of leaving this task up to the Jelbanians themselves it seems that Prince Wrntukai II has taken the initiative by meeting with the chiefs of the Vrn-clan. It was the Vrn's that brought Jelbania into the Khaganate, and so far all Vrn H'án's have been on extremely good terms with Wiel. It is clearly the intention of the Principality to find a loyal and sympathetic H'án to lead the Jelbanians into their new future guided by the wisdom from Wiel. For peace and prosperity on Majatra.

Status of Peace Talks between Kalistan and Indrala: Update

Indralan gift accepted graciously and devoted to Veterans and Survivors of the War

Tian'an, Han, Celestial Empire of Great Indrala
February 7, 4007

Peace negotiations between Kalistan and Indrala continue, as diplomats continue to hammer out an agreement between the two Selayan nations. President of the Republic, Thomas David Carrangus, back in Indrala following the election, has graciously accepted the generous gift offered Kalistan by Indrala, and has dedicated it to the support of Veterans of the War and survivors of the heroic Kalistani dead. As intended, this gift accepted as a sign of the desire to repair the relationship between these two nations does much to move negotiations forward.

For Kalistan's part, the President has offered to officially apologize to the Indralan Government and the Indralan people for the rift and the escalation toward war. The Foreign Minister added that Kalistan will offer Indrala substantial trade credits with both KALNAPECO and KALNAFERCO, to be used as Indrala sees fit.

Substantially, Kalistan has offered to denounce the practice of Piracy on the Anantanese Ocean. This practice, which has long been associated with Kalistan, rightly or wrongly, and has made the passage between the Mainland and Ananto a very dangerous passage for foreign shipping, is overlooked by Kalistan when it does happen, and was held to be one of the major causes of the war. Kalistan will now actively assist in cracking down of piracy on the high seas. Additionally, Kalistan has agreed to abide by internationally respected laws of the Sea, which includes a 62 mile EEC, jurisdiction out to 310 miles where it does not overlap another country's transition zone, and acknowledgement of the Anantanese Ocean outside the EEC as an International water route and "High Seas" which may be transited freely by all foreign flagged ships. Kalistan has insisted, in exchange, that the Ocean not be used for military purposes, and that Kalistan shall keep its neutrality. Somewhat short of its original demands of complete demilitarization of the ocean, Kalistan simply insisted that foreign naval vessels be kept out of range of Kalistani National territory.

These issues remain the only outstanding issues in the peace agreement. Kalistani negotiators have indicated that when Indrala signals its intentions regarding these points, Kalistan may take the proposal back and pass it without pause through the Assembly to officially end the War.

Trigunia has proposed a ceasefire to the Northern War, and is awaiting reactions from Hutori and New Endralon. Officials from Trigunia, Hutori and New Endralon are willing to meet on an open scale in a neutral nation where the ceasefire can be accepted and the peace process can begin. Since the beginning of the conflict, Trigunia has fought, with out a doubt, for its home, in this war of attrition originally started after Hutoria and New Endralon wanted to show the world that it could take on the bear and come out with overwhelming success. For the first few years into the war, the Hutorians and New Endralonians were making massive gains against the empire, but this dream was short lived after Trigunia fought back. This ceasefire Agreement will make the end of hostilities between the combatant states, allowing for citizens to final come out from underneath their beds and cupboards and begin to piece back their lives. It also opens ways for Trigunia to start counting the bodies of those lost in the war as well as negotiating the release of Prisoners of War by all combatant states involved in this war of attrition.

Trigunia's New Government begins enormous task of rebuilding a nation tired and hungry after years of war. The Newly formed Government, Chaired by the General who has been crowned savior of the war, General Feliks Pomelnikov. Even though he knew that the war was not over yet, Mr. Pomelnikov joined the ranks of the Соединенные Трыгоня which was slowly capitulating under the direct control of former Minister-President Fillip Klepakhov. Months before the election for the party's new leader was called Pomelnikov was appointed as a nominee to be Political Leader of the party, and eventually won against Klepakhov. Although he now dabbles in the world of Politics, he intends on using much of his military intelligence to outwit his enemies.

In Petrovgrad, Pomelnikov warned that without billions of dollars being pumped back into Infrastructure and Transport, his quick inauguration of Trigunia's new leader would be useless. " Disregarding the ceremonies, villagers from the areas surrounding most of the cities in the West said that Hutorian warplanes pounded their villages constantly mistaking them for Trigunian soldiers. As Pomelnikov and his government begin work today, he is also going to the State Duma with plans of funneling 75% of the State Budget into Infrastructure and Transport, Science and Technology, Education and Health and Social Services, Food and Agriculture, as well as Trade and Industry. Many have arched their eyes seeing that Pomelnikov is a military man, and many expected him to focus more on the military. An estimated $500 Billion Rabols ($430.7 Billion LOD) will be needed for the complete reconstruction and upgrade of Trigunian infrastructure.

"The revival of certain industries, the revival of agriculture, schools and hospitals, there is no area where we do not need to upgrade." It is also rumored that Pomelnikov may even tuple the monarchist system in Trigunia and instill a Federal System instead.
