Corvo - It may or may not be a bio weapon that caused the plague to develop (I think you were the first to bring up this idea?) - it may be something more natural or a genetic defect that caused it. It has purposely been left ambiguous and we may never find out its origin even if you get feet on the ground in Ostland.

And, if Malivia does not believe Hulstria has "'valuable experiences, findings and research" to share, then call our bluff when we mention it IC.
