Ah well, in that case, Corvo, perhaps reinforce that RP with Istalia, where there seems to be a lot of suffering.

I presume you have not sent any to Hulstria and Ostland after what you said in the World Congress? Which means I can only RP Burgmuller/Hyperion vaccines as opposed to yours being effective. Let me know if this is not the case. Thanks.

I've definitely acknowledged Malivia multiple times in RP, I have it stated that Malivian scientists are on the research team at Fort Brett Hawkins, and they were instrumental in finishing the Hutorian Vaccine as quickly as we did.. mind you considering we are spending 25 times more then every other nation combined on research that's rather to be expected.

I have noticed that Hutori is pliffering the budget of five separate departments to fund Wolfsheim Research, and production and distribution of the Vaccine, and for RP purposes I'll also be putting the HQ of the Terran Health International Authority in Hutori as we have been untouched by the disease and have thrown the most resources at it.

Funding I've seen, and people are more then free to counter my point but

Hutori - 100 Billion
Istalia - 2.5 Billion
Malivia - 500 Million
Selucia - Unknown
Baltusia - Unknown
New Endralon - Unknown
Hyperion - Unknown
Indrala - Unknown
Kazullia - Unknown

Regardless in spite of the funding I think its fair to say we do have a handle on it at the very least... perhaps now with the WCHMO allowed to enter Ostland I assume we would find burnt down villages and mass graves?

@Stuntmonkey - While Hutori has Hulstria under a trade embargo for crimes against humanity, we would have given you vaccines via THIA

Yes but technically Malivia hasn't given any physical vaccines to anyone. Data yes to everyone(Minus Hulstria and affiliates)

That's fair enough @colonevesica and @corvoattano - thanks for the clarification. I will revise my earlier statement to this:

"Many nations and organisations around Terra have worked together and are now benefitting from at least two effective vaccines developed through Malivia and the Hutorian-led Fort Brett Hawkins, as well as Baltusia-based Burgmuller Pharmaceuticals and Hyperion Corps. Many countries badly affected by the virus - such as hard hit Istalia - have received vaccines or data on how to produce the vaccines and are seemingly stemming the problem."

In terms of the THIA, Resolution 49 only ever received two security council votes so, again, this seemed up in the air to me at the time of writing the earlier statement.

And given that Malivia straight refused to send any data to Hulstria/Ostland, the only RP evidence I have of that happening is from Burgmuller Pharmaceuticals who sent a limited run of 200 to be trialled in Hulstria.

But please tell me if that is not the case and I can revise accordingly before starting the process to move towards Stage Two.

Then sure but you better be quick about it and extort quite a bit of money from Hulstria to make a profit less you get ripped off.

Corvo, sorry, I missed where Malivia declares to not send the vaccine to other nations. in that case, Istalia I think will ask to burgmuller for the vaccines and I think it is also tempted by the offert of Hyperion. Maybe tomorrow I can write something into the General Assembly to criticizes Malivia for such decision.

About the mission in Ostland, I think that as the situation improve with the plague in the various nations we can send the humanitarian staff.
As already I said to other players, Istalia want eyes and ears in Ostland, the security escorts of our medic personel are perfect for this.
Also because we are in contact with several rebel groups in Hulstria.
We have to find the pretest to decide to send the military mission in Ostland.
