Aye I realize curing it will effectively be impossible (similar to the cold or flu) but that's a pipe dream and hope to justify the money being funneled into it. The best the Hutorian medical community hope for is in fact a vaccine

Cancon would definitely have an invitation from the Hutorian government to pool resources in Hutori to help develop a vaccine or cure

Cancon would probably accept such a proposal but I will first write in the general assembly to install a international body to cooperate instead off all the nations that will start their own research. Malivia, Hutori, Malivia, Selucia, Kalopia and Cancon have all started researching and only Malivia and Cancon, Malivia and Hutori and possibly Cancon and Hutori are cooperating. I'll propose an international body under the lead of Cancon (shocking).

OOC: This sounds awesome, war or no war. I agree the plague should spread. Also, though, Dorvik only really HINTED at a nuclear attack with "the utmost force" being used as a euphemism, but, y'know, it definitely is a nuclear threat if we're honest.
