If you want to post in A Battle Unseen or your national papers as well, feel free, but we should try to centralize our RPs.

President Mr Amar Mohammed Declares Martial Law





The President of Malivia , Mr Amar Mohammed has announced today he is invoking the declaration of War resolution in effect(RP)Malivian Law: On the state of declaration of war and acts of war. On the state of declaration of war and acts of war.[/url] , to which a Central War Committee, made up of himself, the Prime Minister, Defence Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister. he stated that the committee under that resolution has full powers to act with committing troops and operations on foreign soil without Parliament approval.

Also, the Presdient stated that he is declaring Martial Law, at which a curfew shall be placed on all citizens as no civilian shall be found on he streets after 6pm. Moreover, he instructed the military to place all citizens of Narikaton who have lived in Malivia for less than 5 years and also visitor to be stripped of all rights including that of habeas corpus to be temporarily suspended until deemed not a threat to state by authorities.

Kozaria is militarized

After the official declaration of war on both sides, the state of Kozaria has been completly militarized. Some border-cities have been escorted to safe-spaces and the military works on turning these cities into Militarized Civilian Fortresses. These zones shall establish a tight zone of control and are strategically positioned so it is easy to communicate and coordinate attacks or reports of attacks.

Merenbürgs streets are march-paths

Everyday since the emergency state, the military held parades. Today after the war declaration has been made public it was the greatest of all. Tanks, Mechanized Infantry and the various family military agencies planned the biggest march of all history. It was a rare sight, the mood was very cheerish even though the country now is in an official state of war.

The State of Seluciae Has offered support to Malivia

The President of Malivia, Mr Amar Mohammed having visited the State of Seluciae in strengthening cooperation between both Malivia and Seluciae, has also receive pledge of Military support from the government and State of Seluciae during indoor closed meeting between both dignitaries. President Mohammed said that discussions on the diplomatic treaty between both states were brought up, Selucian Official Diplomatic Treatyto which Article III states -

Signatories of this treaty shall do whatever possible to protect and ensure that diplomatic bodies represented in their nations are protected, and in case of impossibilty, they shall inform the diplomatic bodies of immediate or previsible danger;

, the Consul of Seluciae then said

As a friend to the Free State of Malivia, we can not stand for the aggression and threat made by Narikaton. As the head of state and as the largest party in the Selucian senate, we will be moving to pass legislation in order to provide aid to Malivia.

Initially we are willing to support by providing aerial backup with the Selucian Air Force but will be looking to provide more support and make use of the full Selucian Armed Forces to defend our ally.

Feldmarschall Cedrik Fenris throws everything in the Defense

The Narik Defense forces still slightly unprepared managed to establish most of the civilian fortresses but still has problems communicating because of the surprise-effect of the Malivian attack. Feldmarschall Cedrik Fenris has ordered that the front line in Kozaria is top-priority and all equipment and forces shall be directed to there, escorted Kozarian Civilians told us in an conversation that the things stated by Marschall Fenris are probably true, even though the island are still far better fortified than the actual territories that are in need of defense right now.
