Wolfsheim, Ostland - Shortly after the commencement of the State Commissariat "Dovani", the Northern Council has announced the formation of the "Dovani Transitional Authority" and Hutori named Kaden Craig as the Administrator of the Dovani Transitional Authority. The DTA, very similar to the Dorvish State Commissariat "Dovani" will be responsible for overall NC reconstruction operations in Dovani. Dorvik named Kaspar Hetzenauer as the Deputy Administrator of the DTA and will simultaneously serve in the role as State Commissar. The DTA is expected to oversee the quarter century re-building project throughout Dovani. The DTA will be headquartered out of Wolfsheim with an additional headquarters in New Alduria. Individual military officers will have control over their forces (unless attached and directed by the Northern Council joint command staff) however civilian and economic operations will flow through the DTA and will be the operational responsibility of the DTA Administrator and Deputy Administrator. The Dovani Governing Council will be established as a 25 member "legislature" and will comprise local members of Dovani nations in an effort to re-build relations between Dovani nations. The Presidency of the Dovani Governing Council will rotate through local members of Dovani.
