This is the official Thread for Terra Food Festival

The first Terra food festival will be held at Slidar Urbem,Slidar, Aloria in Oct 4930.

A. When will TFF be held?? &
Who can host TFF?? Naming

TFF will be held in Oct every 5 years.

Any terra country can host TFf from TFf 2 onwards.The rights to host will be made open after previous season / version of TFF is completed.the rules fo r hosting TFf will be updated later on.

TFf name will be that must be number serially for example TFF 1 or By year TFF example- TFF3078

Host countries can year wise forum .


B. Participants

All countries can also send their Head of states / PM / Minister of Foreign Affairs / Minister of Culture as guest / VIP guests / Dignitaries

The terra countries can send 1 entry & a team / contingent consisting of expert chefs, food expert, restaurant owners to TFF


Local chefs/Cooks/ Restaurants/ Food Critic & blogger will be allowed to participate


C. Organisers

TFF festival will be held by Ministry of Culture & Education of Aloria along with local restaurant owners.

The planned weekend of festivities are also held by the city council of host city, who even themselves will be
present at the festival each year.

( Incase internationally held )

President of TFF for each season / version be decided by host country.


D. How to participat / Rules

A terra country must send a message below or on discord through personal message to me or on TFF Discord channel. The entire be sent in format given below or a similar format 1 month in advance from date of TFf.

The organiser selection committee (consisting of experts from F &B & Hospitality from Aloria & other terra countries ) can reject a entry if entry does not follow criteria or wrongly filled data, inaccuracies or late submission.
A country can send 1 participant per competition category ( for competiton category refer to point F)

Hobrazia

Description: A cheese-filled bread with various toppings and fillings, khachapuri is a staple of Hobrazian cuisine. Description: Stars Above is possibly Hobrazia's finest restaurant. Founded in 4912 by the world-renowned chef Boris Khujadze, the restaurant offers modern takes on traditional Hobrazian cuisine. Here you can find fine Zargundian cheeses, Deltarian wines, and dishes old and new. Khujadze personally crafts a new menu every three months, creating fresh new experiences for guests. Stars Above has received numerous awards from Hobrazian publications and achieved international recognition as one of Artania's finest eateries.

Istalia

Description: Gelato is a popular dessert throughout Istalia. Similar to ice cream, gelato is a creamy, light frozen dessert that delights the taste buds of young and old alike. Gelato has been made in Istalia for millennia, and can even be found in gelato shops across Terra. Like ice cream or sorbet, gelato can be easily customized to create new and exciting flavor combinations. Istalia's most popular gelato flavor is pistachio, which will feature prominently in the Istalian menu at the Terran Food Festival. Under the supervision of renowned chef Umberto Belloni, Istalia will offer a a carefully-constructed "tre isole" - three islands - dish featuring pistachio, chocolate, and vanilla-lavender. Tre isole is a traditional method of serving gelato, which allows for competing flavors and textures to come together and form a dessert that's more than the sum of its parts.

Food item: Sangiomamorese (OOC: Sangiovese) wine
Country of origin: Istalia
Region of origin: Silicia
Description: Istalia will be offering a selection of sangiomamorese wine from the Chiaramonte vineyard, one of Istalia's oldest vineyards. Founded in the mid-3000's, the vineyard has been owned solely by the Chiaramonte family for over 500 years. Chiaramonte prides itself on organic agriculture, fair trade and labor, and transparency in production. As the most notable Istalian variety, sangiomamorese - a rich, red wine whose name derives from "the blood of Mamors" - will be presented as an iconic wine. Mercurio Chiaramonte, the current CEO of the vineyard, will attend the Terran Food Festival himself.
