It would be nice to choose the title of the regional governors.
Options:
- Governor
- Premier
- President
- Duke
- Count
- Minister President
- President of the Regional Council

I am not entirely opposed, however given the myriad of titles that sub-national leaders use, I would prefer this remain a voluntary RP law sort of law compared to a "hard" variable.
