1) The nation retains a full time, professional army, navy and air force. (default)
2) The nation retains a part time, professional army, navy and air force as part of a reserve group.
3) The nation retains a volunteer army, navy and air force based on population enrollments.
4) The government assigns military control to local governments.
5) The government retains a part time, professional army, navy and air force in alignment with paramilitary groups.
6) The government subcontracts semi-military control to private groups.
7) The nation does not maintain any professional or voluntary army, naval or air force.

The above will take time to consider, work with and implement. On behalf of moderation, and presumably the community, I thank all of you who are taking an interest in this. This is a sure-fire way to expand the game and to bring some fresh air to what has become rather stale legislative options. We will continue to add news laws, fear not but, for now given the flooding of these we will need some time. With that in mind, I'm locking this thread until the ones posted are cleared. If you have a law ready for submission, just sit tight. :-) Thank you all again!

Just an announcement that we are slowly but surely working our way through these and implementing the ones that we approve, so be on the lookout for new laws shortly, and shore up and proposals you may have in the future. We will unlock this thread soon for more submissions.
