Law/Policy Catagory: Military/Police

Options:
1) The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not have any say in the national police force or the internal guard, the military controls these.
2) The Ministry of Internal Affairs maintains Internal troops alongside a National police force to control the country.
3) The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not maintain Internal troops, only a National police force. (default)
4) The Ministry of Internal Affairs lets the local government decide the policy of internal troops and a police force.
5) The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not maintain any national police force or internal guard.

Effects:
1) Massive increase in centralization and militarism.
2) Slight increase in centralization and militarism.
3) No effect.
4) Slight decrease in centralization and an increase in pacifism.
5) Massive decrease in centralization and an increase in pacifism.

Just wanted to say im excited about some of the laws that are being discussed out there, but dont you have to physically propose them in here for them to be implemented?

Law/Policy Category: Health/Civil Rights

Options:
1. The government does not engage in negative eugenics. (Default)
2. Citizens with undesirable traits (e.g. mental or physical illness, race, etc.) are forbidden to reproduce by law.
3. Citizens with undesirable traits (e.g. mental or physical illness, race, etc.) are actively exterminated.
4. This is left for the local governments to decide upon.

Effects:
1. No real effect, maybe an increase in civil rights.
2. Decrease in civil rights. Increase in government responsibility.
3. Significant decrease in civil rights. Increase in government responsibility.
4. Increase in devolution.
