Name of the Law/Policy: National defense policy.
Law/Policy Catagory: Military.

Options:
1) The nation will only use armed force to protect it's citizens, interests and territory against any force.
2) The nation will use diplomacy and armed force (if necessary) to protect it's citizens, interests and territory's against any force. (default)
3) The nation will use diplomacy but will restrain from using force to protect it's citizens, interests and territory against any force.

Effects:
1) Massive increase in militarism.
2) No effect.
3) Massive increase in pacifism.

Personally I don't think this is realistic. It's a matter of national policy not national legislation and would be imho not realistically a part of a country' code of laws.

I agree with you; however...from what I know we can't add to the constitution of our nations really so it'd have to be an option for legislation.
