Name of the Law/Policy: Counter-terrorism Units
Law/Policy Category: Military

Options:
1) The nation operates a Counter-terrorism Unit. (default)
2) The nation does not operate a Counter-terrorism unit.

Effects:
1) Slight Increase in militarism.
2) Slight decrease in militarism.

The nation operations a counter-terrorism unit and operates both domestically and internationally.
The nation operates a counter-terrorism unit but only conducts operations domestically..
The nation does not operate a Counter-terrorism unit. (default, in my honest opinion.)

I think this is mostly covered already by the Intelligance Agency law in the military section.
Eines Tages traf Karl der Große eine alte Frau.

Solche und ähnliche Geschichten erzählt man sich über die Leutseligkeit Karls des Großen.

You're so negative sometimes I just hate ya.

A law on counter-terrorism is a perfect idea but not in a practical idea (the formation of a ct unit) but rather of a policy kind of air, like certain exclusive rights in investigations, and special clauses for the judiciary system and the like.

I agree with you, but I think this is better left to RP.

Yes, I agree. I think this is getting quite specific on what the military operates and I believe its covered by RP and better to be left to that.
