Yes, I do believe we should add this as a law. Considering several nations in RL allow this - why can't we have a law regarding this policy? Thank you for proposing it!

I agree this would be an interesting one to add. Another possibility would be to add some kind of religious option. Perhaps "Forced marriage is legal when approved by appropriate religious authority (please specify)."
