Name of the Law/Policy: Policy on regional governors.
Law/Policy Category: Administration

Options:
1. The head of state appoints all regional governors.
2. The head of government appoints all regional governors.
3. The governors of each region are elected. (default)
4. Regional legislatures appoint regional governors (If regional legislatures exist.)
5. The largest party in the regional legislature is awarded the governorship.
6. Their are no regional governors.

Effects:
1. Medium Increase in centralization.
2. Small Increase in centralization.
3. No effect.
4. Increase in devolution.
5. Increase in devolution.
6. Massive increase in centralization.

There should be an option stipulating that the plurality party holds the governorship.

I would like to suggest that any changes should be considered a constitutional matter and that a clear 2/3 majority is needed to pass.

When the HoS and HoG are the same person, I think these should be interpreted like this:
1. Regional Governors serve a ceremonial purpose (not having much power at all)
2. Regional Governors serve a governing purpose (having de facto power)
