Name of the Law/Policy: Funding of Prisons
Law/Policy Category: Justice

Options:

1. All Prisons are state run
2. Prisons are run by a public-private partnership
3. Prisons are privately run, and the services are regulated
4. Prisons are privately run, and the services are not regulated
5. The funding of prisoners are left to local government

Effects:

1. Increase in government responsibility
2. slight decrease in government responsibility,
3. Large decrease in government responsibility, increase in market regulation
4. Large decrease in government responsibility, decrease in market regulation
5. Increase in devolution.

1. All prisons are run by the state.
2. The government involves private organisations in the running of prisons.
3. No prisons exist.
4. Prison policy is devolved to local governments.

Law/Policy Category: Justice

1. All prisons are run by the state.
2. There are publicly run prisons and privately run prisons which are heavily regulated.
3. There are publicly run prisons and privately run prisons which are no regulated.
4. All prisons are privately run and are regulated.
5. All prisons are privately run and not regulated.
6. Prison funding is left to the local governments.
7. There are no prisons.

Me too but it is lacking the "there are prisons" option. That one should definitely be there.

I like the idea of "there are prisons". Y'know "there are prisons", we don't know why, but they just exist ;)
