Name of the Law/Policy: Freedom of Information Law
Law/Policy Catagory: Administrative OR Civil Liberties?

Options:
1: Classified and Secret Government Files and Documents are published after a fixed period of time.
2: Classified and Secret Government Files and Documents are published when requested.
3: Classified and Secret Government Files and Documents may be published subject to approval from the Government.
4: Classified and Secret Government Files and Documents are never published, the Government does not share this information with the public.

Effects:
1: Major increase in civil rights
2: Increase in civil rights
3: Small increase in civil rights
4: Large decrease in civil rights


Comments: The Freedom of Information Act creates a statutory right for access to information in relation to bodies that exercise functions of a public nature.

Well, I would kill either 3 or 4. (Personally, I'd remove 4.)
