Legality of Animal Bloodsports

The legality of animal bloodsports
1 - Bloodsports are illegal and televised foreign bloodsports are banned
2 - Bloodsports are illegal within the nation, but foreign events may be legally televised
3 - Bloodsports are illegal except for specified culturally-significant exceptions
4 - Bloodsports are legal, but regulated to prevent excessive cruelty
5 - Bloodsports are legal and unregulated
6 - The legality of Bloodsports is left to local governments

Default would be two, probably.

1 - ++ big government, + progressive morality, ++ restrictive civil rights
2 - + big government, + progressive morality, + restrictive civil rights
3 - + big government, ++ progressive morality
4 - + small government, + regulated market + permissive civil rights
5 - ++ small government, ++ laissez-faire, ++ permissive civil rights
6 - ++ federalism

Not entirely sure if these should affect 'morality' or 'ecology', since fighting dogs and cocks aren't exactly endangered.

I don't think new laws are being added at the moment (though correct me if I'm mistaken, Amazeroth).

The legality of animal bloodsports.

1. Bloodsports are illegal.
2. Bloodsports are legal in specific and regulated settings.
3. Bloodsports are unregulated.
4. The legality of bloodsports is left to local governments.

Thoughts?
