Alternatively, the options could be as follows (the effects would remain the same):

1) There are no laws on felony murder; a homicide committed during the commission of a felony is not considered murder unless it is, in and of itself, a murder.
2) A homicide committed during the commission of an inherently dangerous felony by a perpetrator of the felony is considered a murder regardless of whether it would otherwise be considered murder.
3) A homicide committed during the commission of a felony by a perpetrator of the felony is considered a murder regardless of whether it would otherwise be considered murder.
4) A homicide committed during the commission of an inherently dangerous felony, regardless of whether it was committed by the perpetrator, is considered a murder regardless of whether it would otherwise be considered murder.
5) A homicide committed during the commission of a felony, regardless of whether it was committed by the perpetrator, is considered a murder regardless of whether it would otherwise be considered murder.
6) Laws on felony murder are set by local governments.
