Name of the Law/Policy:
Road Vehicles in Cities.

Law/Policy Catagory:
Ecology

Options:

1) Vehicles with 5 or more axles are banned from cities.
2) Vehicles with 5 or more axles are banned from cities during the daytime.
3) All private motorised vehicles are banned from cities, except for the provision of services and deliveries.
4) All private motorised vehicles are banned from cities.
5) All motorised vehicles - including public vehicles - are banned from cities.
6) Each private motorised vehicle requires a permit to enter a city, and such permits will only allow it to do so up to 3 days a week, except for the provision of services and deliveries.
7) Each private motorised vehicle requires a permit to enter a city, and such permits will only allow it to do so up to 3 days a week.
8) Smaller private motorised vehicles require a permit to enter a city, and such permits will only allow it to do so up to 3 days a week. Vehicles with 5 or more axles are banned.
9) Smaller private motorised vehicles may enter and leave a city at will but parking is prohibited anywhere within a city. Vehicles with 5 or more axles are banned.
10) An extremely limited amount of permits for private road vehicles in each city are auctioned off to businesses and the mega rich.
11) Only members of the Nobility or elite citizens may use private road vehicles in the city, and they do not pay for the privilege.
12) Cities are no different from other areas for the restrictions placed on road vehicles (default)
13) This issue is left to local governments to decide upon.
14) This issue is left to each city authority to decide upon.

2) Access of private fuel driven vehicle to city centers is free but conditioned to pollution level and valid anytime.
3) Access of private fuel driven vehicle to city centers is free but conditioned on pollution level and specific time period.
4) Access of private fuel driven vehicle to city centers is paid, fee is based on pollution level and time period.
5) All private fuel driven vehicles are banned from cities centers.
6) Only a specific class of citizens may use private road vehicles in the city, and they do not pay for the privilege.
7) Only a specific class of citizens may use private road vehicles in the city, and they do pay for the privilege.
