Name of the Law/Policy: Standarized Tests at the end of secondary education
Category: Education

Options:
1) There are no standarized tests
2) Standarized tests are managed and regulated by local government, and are needed to finish secondary education
3) There is a national standarized test for all students, and is needed to finish secondary education

Effects:
1) Small decrease in gov. responsibilities
2) Increase in devolution, small increase in gov. responsibilities
3) Increase in gov. responsibilities

Options:
1) There can be no university admission regulations
2) There is no policy regarding university admission, universities create their own laws regarding admission
3) Admission is based on the results of standarized maturity exams in secondary education schools
4) Admission is based on the results of standarized entrance exams specific to university type

Effects:
1) Small decrease in gov. responsibilities, small increase in civil rights
2) Increase in devolution, small decrease in gov. responsibilities
3) Increase in gov. responsibilities, increase in unitarism
4) Small increase in gov. responsibilites, small increase in unitarism
4) Admission is based on the results of entrance exams regulated by the university itself

I might be wrong, but I think there are already laws available on Standardised testing

It was completely replaced by the law on national curriculums.
