Law on vigilantism. (may not be pertinent)

It appear that we do not any law on vigilantism. it is pertinent to propose one ? I'm not very sure it is very pertinent to have it, I was making a suggestion
Something like
government law on vigilantes :
1 Vigilantism is illegal
2 The government ignore Vigilantes
3 Vigilantes is allowed, but not recognized as a professional
4 Vigilantes are allowed and recognized as professional
5 All vigilantes must work for the government
6 Local government decided about the regulation on vigilantism

Good idea, but what would be the difference between a vigilante working for the government and an ordinary police?

The very difference. Well, it may that the government has abolished the police force.
We all known that vigilante are people who takes their law into their own hands, they are not police officier. So they could not take order but be paid by the government. and this means compulsary registration.
Or we could leave that to rp.
