Comments
I think this could be a cool thing to make the infrastructure section more interesting, and characters could add a role-playing element of actually running and managing a National Infrastructure Bank, spotting infrastructure projects in their respective nations, etc... I also think we can incorporate an option for pensions in the welfare settings, directing the government to invest pension plans in the National Infrastructure Bank, which would increase the party's stance on Unitarism, or if they refuse to do so, increase the party's stance on Devolution.
