Law name: Nationality of the Heads of State and Government

1) Both the Head of State and the Head of Government of a nation shall have the nationality.
2) The Head of State shall be born in the nation, the Head of Government can be from a foreign nation.
3) The Head of Government shall be born in the nation, the Head of State can be from a foreign nation.
4) There is no need for the Head of State or the Head of Government of a nation to have the nationality.
5) There is no official policy on the nationality of the Head of State or Head of Government (default)

1) Large increase in isolationism, large increase in big government.
2) Small increase in iinternationalism.
3) Moderate increase in isolationism.
4) Large increase in internationalism, large increase in small government
5) Default value

I don't agree at all that this should be "isolationist" that doesn't make much sense.

I'm totally open to suggestions in the matters of the terms. I think this is a great law to be discussed but I dont really know where to label its increases

No I agree, it's a great law to have. I wonder if Moderation would approve it due to it's "constitutional" nature. However, I think this is one of those "soft constitutional" laws that would be allowed.

I think it can be approved, but then let's way for a mod to say so haha

I think the problem that this law might face is that there's no way for us to enforce it.

In fact, I think there is no way for some other laws to actually enforce them, but this may lead to some more RP.

If for example, a nation has Both the Head of State and the Head of Government of a nation shall have the nationality. as its selected law, I suppose the name and surname shall correspond to the nation. If not, some other parties may claim against it and start the RP.

Just as suggestion, I don't know, but I also see your point
