Government policy concerning granting nationality

Law name: Government policy concerning granting nationality
Law category: Administrative

The current law I think does not reflect all the possible implications. I think we should considered to add or to modify the current options:

Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality.
Only those born to nationals become nationals.
Only those born in this country or to nationals receive nationality.
Anyone is able to claim nationality.

In order to add the two following possibility in some way: the Jus Soli (Citizenship and nationality granted only to those born in national terrritory). The other possiblity, Jus Sanguinis, is already in the current options (Only those born to nationals become nationals).

So, the Jus Soli is not an option on its own, as it is mixed with the Jus Sanguinis in the option: Only those born in this country or to nationals receive nationality.

To resume: I think we should add the option: Only those born in this country receive nationality
