Movement Left-Right
0 to 49 = "Negative" impact
51 to 100 = "Positive" impact
-1/50 = No impact/change/doesn't apply

CIV = Civil rights (Restrictive - Permissive)
ECO = Ecology (Skeptic - Environmentalist)
FOR = Foreign Relations (Isolationism - Internationalism)
GOV = Government Responsibilities (Small Government - Big Government)
MAR = Market (Regulation - Capitalism)
MIL = Military (Pacifist - Aggressive)
MOR = Morality (Conservative - Progressive)
REL = Religion (Secular - Fanatic)
