The new Options: Criminals released from jail and criminals who are in jail for minor crimes are allow to vote, other criminals are not allow to vote.

Effects: +permissive

Comments: This kind of policy concerning the right to vote of criminals is currently applied in many real-life country. I really feel like this option is lacking to this law since it's very different from all the other options already available.

Interesting idea, I'll take a look at it.

I've added this to the game with a more positive area for Civil Rights (Permissive) and Morality (Progressive).
