In policy "The government's policy with respect to polygamy" there is an option of recognition of polygamous marriages, and an option where no polygamous relationships are recognized by the government. So is it just polygamous marriages which are not recognized, or any polygamous relationships? Can it be good to add an option that polygamous relationships are recognized but marriages are not?

Well there is an option where polygamous lifestyle is prosecuted while polygamous marriage is not allowed. Strange how it says in another option that polygamous relationships is not recognized. Does it only mean polygamous marriages are not recognized, or does it also mean something else?
