Government policy regarding sale and consumption of meat and other animal products.
1. Sale and consumption of meat and other animal products is allowed without restriction. [Default]
2. A tax is imposed on meat and/or other animal products to discourage consumption.
3. Consumption of meat is banned. Consumption of dairy and other animal products is allowed.
4. Consumption of all animal products is banned.

Honestly, I don’t see the point of a policy involving meat since it isn’t a real issue yet. Saying this as an ovo-lacto vegetarian. The last two options should result in a large lean towards Restrictive on civil rights, not sure what else is affected yet.
