Suggestion to add proposals for bus lines.


Law concerning Bus lines
Variables:
-Bus lines are owned by the state
-Bus lines are handled local governments
-Bus lines are left entirely to the private sector
-There are national bus lines, but private companies are allowed to have a part too.
-Bus lines are forbidden

(apologies for bad wording, but the idea is still there)

Also, the effects:
It would obviously affect government responsibilities depending
And ecology if for the complete ban
