'Royal Council' as an alternative name for the Cabiner

Right now there are three alternatives:
Cabinet
Council of Ministers
State Council
I propose adding 'Royal Council' and possibly more, just as flavor

Could "Federal Council" also be added as an option? It's used in a couple of RL countries (like Switzerland) and I am currently RP that for Quanzar.
