PLF AGREES TO CEASEFIRE, DALIBOR TO HAVE REFERENDUM
The PLF has agreed to a three month ceasefire pending an official referendum on the future of Dalibor, a PLF spokesperson said. The agreement came after a DP/PPJ coalition passed a bill officially allowing a referendum on the presence of the Hyperion Corporation and the Pantheon Foundation within Dalibor.

PLF DECAPITATED, LEADER PRESUMED DEAD IN RAID

The leader of the PLF has been killed, according to photographs and an official report by Cyphrus Security. In a daring raid in the middle of the night, a team of elite commandos raided a convoy transporting Zhang Ming, decapitating the PLF as both the leader and several commanders were killed, their bodies removed by the commandos.

Party for Peace and Justice resigns from Parliament over failed referendum
All six of the Party for Peace and Justice's representatives, as well as their four Ministers, have resigned from parliament today after what they call "A gross failure to assist peace and an active attempt to destroy our beautiful nation," citing the failed referendum as the main source of issue. the PPJ has not announced their replacements as of this writing.

For the last few years the Hyperion Corporation has implemented a ban on all news media from exiting the Hyperion Subsidiary of Dalibor following several months of bad press. However, the Corporation has recently lifted this ban, and the first news reports from the nation are startling.

Hyperion Corporation Announces limited success in vaccination process

A spokesperson for Department 27 has announced a 60% success rate in the current batch of Wolfshiem vaccine, CLA-09-B.

In Dalibor City's 6C Quarantine Zone, 2,600 people were given the trial vaccine, CLA-09-B, and then subjected to large doses of Wolsheim as they went about their daily life. Out of those 2,600, 1,040 were found to be infected over a course of two years. However, over a short course trial of only six months, only 423 were found to have been infected.

Also, cure research has taken a toll after the breach at Shangui's 10C Quarantine Zone. Approximately 20 members of the research staff were killed in the breach, and most of the physical items were lost. However, much of the digital research was backed up to remote servers, allowing for the retention of this information. IN light of these recent events, the Hyperion Corporation has decided that it is in the best interest of the Corporation to discontinue the research, and focus of vaccinations.

In light of this, the Hyperion Corporation has decided to share all cure research, as well as hundreds of pages documenting how Wolfshiem spreads and how it is contracted, with Burgmuller Pharmaceuticals, as well as offering to mass produce any cure developed free of charge.

Interim Government votes to Corporatize,
integrate into Hyperion Corporation
The interim "People Crisis Management Government," the body set up in place of Parliament to handle the Wolfsheim virus, has announced that it has passed a measure to officially begin the process of integrating the nation into the Hyperion Corporation.

The bill, passed 12-9-0, calls for the nation to establish a new Constitution, or "charter" as the bill refers to it as, in place of the current one, as well as delineate an official government structure as soon as possible. Also in the bill was a proposal to seek an official seat among the Board of Directors of the Pantheon Foundation. Each proposal is to be taken into an individual vote in time.

FORMER PM TSAI ING-WEN DEAD OF WOLFSHEIM
Former Prime Minister Tsai Ing-wen has died of complications from the Wolfsheim virus, an official government spokesperson said. Ing-wen's home had been quarantined within Dalibor City's 3C quarantine, and the former PM stuck within the zone since it's creation. It had been stated that he spent his time helping the I'll at a makeshift medical clinic.

Hyperion announces success in Vaccination effort, lowers quarantine levels in most zones

The Hyperion Corporation has announced that its drive to vaccinate the population of Dalibor has been successful so far, as infection rates have dropped 60% across most quarantine zones. Also, according to Hyperion spokespeople, the death rate has slowed dramatically in all quarantine zones, a fact attributed to both the vaccines effects and to the fact that the populations of the zones are dwindling. Due to this, Cyphrus Security has announced that they have reviewed all quarantine levels in Dalibor and have lowered 80% of the levels by at least one classification.

"PCMG" sets vote for new "Charter"
The "People's Crisis Management Government" has set an official date to vote on the passing of the new "Charter" for Dalibor, December 9, 4304. Within the Charter:

Changing the name of the state to the "Dalibor Corporate Association"
Creating a "Board of Directors" as an upper legislative body, with twelve members from the largest corporate entities within Dalibor, which elects the CEO of the "DCA" as the Head of State
creating a "Employee's Union" as a lower legislative body, electing 120 members, or ten per corporate entity
establishing the Dalibor Military as the "Dalibor Protection Agency," a subsidiary of Cyphrus Security
maintains the federal system currently in place, but shifting boundaries to reflect corporate influence
"nationalizing" all private business into the twelve corporate entities

The official results from the Constitutional referendum held on the ninth are in, and according to both the PCMG and the Hyperion Corporation, the articles we're ratified by a thin 51.7% to 48.3% margin. It is unknown what parentage of the population voted due to the effects of the Wolfsheim virus ravaging the nation and limiting the ability of a proper census.

120 arrested in protest in Dalibor City
120 protesters have been arrested in Dalibor City after a clash with Cyphrus Forces, a police spokesperson said. The protesters were told multiple times to disperse,as it is illegal for large groups to congregate as a precaution against Wolfsheim. However, the did not and Cyphrus forces engaged. Six protesters and two Cyphrus officers were taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor wounds.

Worker's Union takes EU, Dalibor Free Work Union main opposition
The "Worker's Union," the continuation of the Dalibor Communist Party and some say the PLF, has taken a slim majority in the Employee's Union, gaining 63 seats. Meanwhile, the capitalist "Dalibor Free Work Union" has taken 37 seats and will become the main opposition, with the remaining 20 being taken up by Minor parties.

Dalibor Protection Agency begins effort to destroy Dorvan Crime Syndicate
The DPA has begun an effort to dislodge the Dorvan Crime Syndicate from it's hold in poor regions across Dalibor as the final quarantine zones are lifted, signalling the end of the Wolfsheim epidemic in Dalibor. The DPA has said that "eradicating the Syndicate is our top most priority to help restore order and Justice in our nation."
