Particracy Forum

Under the Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Trade:
1. Republic of Beluzia and Commonwealth of Rutania will look after each others mutual interest on international forums and will provide diplomatic support to each other on such forums.
2. Republic of Beluzia and Commonwealth of Rutania will provide moral and diplomatic support to each other during times of war and internal conflicts.
3. Republic of Beluzia and Commonwealth of Rutania will relax corporate taxes on bilateral trading and investment until December 2530.
4. Republic of Beluzia and Commonwealth of Rutania will provide '1 Week Extended Landing Permits' to businessman, family visitors and prospective students for easy, visa-free travel until December 2530.
5. Republic of Beluzia and Commonwealth of Rutania will provide two year, on-arrival student visa, business visa and tourist or visit visa at no visa processing fee until December 2530.
