Giovanni Paolo Fulgi, the Istalian Ambassador to the World Congress addresses the General Assembly:

First of all, about the statement of the Court Minister Tutak Esfahani, in effect also my delegation would like ask the relations between notable mambers of the World Congress with the Organisation of Ahmadi Cooperation. We would ask if there are connection between this organization and that founded by the Jelbék Ám'ádsrlji Rekvaknsé Prta, during the first electoral campaign for the Security Council, that declared between its objectives to influence the World Congress so that will be applied policies in line with the ideals and principles of the Ahmadism.
At that time my country reacted to prevent such influence in the World Congress but now, with this statement of the Court Minister of Aldegar, we are very interested to know the relations between this Organisation and those founded under the Ahmadi regime in Jelbania.

About Telamonia we would like know what kind of military menace is pending on this nation, what kind of threat from Saridan. We invite Telamonia to tranquilize itself, because the military capabilities of Saridan could not represent a menace for you, but this is always a serious statement from Saridan against Telamonia and we have to inquire about it.

Thank you

Giovanni Paolo Fulgi, the Istalian Ambassador to the World Congress addresses the General Assembly:

President Kennedy,
my Government would like express to Telamonia all its support facing this threat. We would like reassure Telamonia that Saridan can send just patrol boats given its military status and also the serious damage of its economy due the hard sanctions that in the last decades interested Saridan. And obviously we can assure you that rather than an invasion Saridan can claim a maximum military actions of small units against sensitive targets on the coast of your country.

But, invasion or little commando action, it would represent anyway a military action against another nation by the Saridanese forces and we assume that for Telamonia any attempt to realize similar threats will be equivalent to a war declaration. And Istalia would declared in this Assembly that at the request of aid from Telamonia Istalia is ready to responde positively, ready to stand alongside Telamonia to face the Saridanese menace.

Thank you

Eleanora Montreal, Kalistani Ambassador to the Security Council addresses the General Assembly:
A short response to the Honourable Gentleman representing Aldegar. Kalistan did not support the OAC's candidates in the Security Council election, we dropped Jelbania owing to their appalling record on human rights.

Now, to the more pressing matter at hand. It greatly troubles me that nations like Telamon, Saridan and now Rutania believe that a declaration of war is nothing but a threat to be thrown around to pursue foreign policy aims. Any nation making such threats must be utterly condemned and deserves the total censure of this body. Kalistan will remain a beacon of peace and diplomacy in Seleya and Terra. We will not allow rogue nations like those mentioned above to threaten the delicate balance in our world.

Lewis Wright, representing the Conservative Party of Baltusia:

Good Afternoon ladies and gentlemen. I am quite honoured to be here to represent my party in this fine General Assembly.

I would like to firstly raise an issue which I believe is of great importance to the Terra: sanction upon Beitenyu, in particular the CYP.

Recently, I was sent a letter informing me of the Security Council's vote to impose an embargo to Beitenyu. We are aware that some nations have already imposed their own embargos/sanctions, In this letter I make reference to we were informed of the treaty namely "Sanctions against the Conservative Yeudish Party". Before Baltusia hurries into any sanctions or supports any international treaty, we would like to hear what it is in particular that the CYP have done and if they can answer for it.

We would like to hear some information so that our government can make an informed, aware, decision about how we will continue negotiations and relations with Beitenyu.

Thank you for allowing me the floor.

Eleanora Montreal, Kalistani Ambassador to the Security Council responds to the request of the previous speaker:
The Honourable Gentleman will find a full report into the Yeudish Republic of Beiteynu in the Security Council archives. Although given that your own party is close allies with the Conservative Yeudish Party, I would hope you could take the initiative and actually investigate whether a nation is committing genocide before you endorse them for a seat on the Security Council. It seems the Conservative Party of Baltusia described the CYP as 'progressive'. Evidently progressive means something very different in Baltusia!

Eleanora Montreal, Kalistani Ambassador to the Security Council responds to the previous speaker:
Telamon should not be granted a free pass by the international community. Members of that nation's government entered the Saridani legislature to comment on bills which had no relation or bearing on their nation, on no fewer than three occasions. In my own nation, such action would be cause for detention and considered tantamount to espionage. Furthermore, Telamon was the agent provocateur in this situation with the comment 'The Republic Of Telamonia will do anything in its power to stop the racist government of Saridan'. That is a clear threat and I fail to see what is democratic about it.

Here in Kanjor, We are voting on a bill, that is very likely to pass. In this bill, Labeled, "Declaration of Intent" and it will sanction Saridan, prohibit trade with them, prohibit travel to Saridan by any Kanjorian, and vice versa, Cut any diplomacy, or the possibility of Diplomacy, and if they Take aggressive Actions, we will Send our Navy, and Marine Divisions to help repel Saridan's Aggression. The official bill Language is as follows:

"We will if voted yes, commit our navy, and marine divisions to assist our great Friend Istalia, in defending Telamonia, from a Fascist Invasion. Saridan wants to spread their fascism, and their apartheid policies in Terra. This bill will sanction Saridan economically, Cut all travel to the nation by any Kanjorian, cut all diplomacy, and if they invade Telamonia, Military action will be ordered"
