Currently, the National Assembly is in the process of passing a legislation which would usher in the beginning of the resuscitation of the Zardic Economy. It is imperative to note that provisions have been made within this "Economic Stabilization Fund" to operate in the global theater. If fund's global provisions are initiated, it can act as an internal investor, pouring money(funds) in failing or recuperating industries across the globe. This fund is regulated and supervised jointly by the Federal Monetary Oversight Agency and the International Market Regulatory Agency of the Federation of Zardugal. The Department of Monetary Affairs (the Zardic Central Bank) is willing to cooperate with the Dorvish Central Bank on creating an international institution with the aims of monetary cooperation.

Permanent-Representative of the Federation of Zardugal to the World Congress
(Former Director of the Center for International Studies on Foreign Policy)

The government of Trigunia strongly supports the proposal put forward by Dorvik, and hopes such an international financial institution could be incorporated within the structure of the World Congress. However, at least in the initial stage, Trigunia would likely be limited in terms of how much money it could contribute to such a project, given our difficult economic situation.

"We appreciate the nods from Trigunia and Zardugal, we believe that this institution could have multiple purposes, for instance it could have a development side as well as having a policy side that works to build economic strength throughout the world. We propose, as preliminary concept, to call it the International Development and Stability Bank. The International Development and Stability Bank would be headed by an appointed Managing Director and a Board of Directors, the Board of Directors will be composed of one (1) representative from each nation and charged with the oversight of the International Development and Stability Bank. The Managing Director would be assisted by the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee will be composed of 5 members from each continent, the members will be selected based on their collective contributions to the International Development and Stability Bank.

How do the other members of the World Congress fell about this preliminary proposal?"

Cäsar Neugebauer,
Permanent Representative to the World Congress
General-Plenipotentiary to the World Congress of the Federal Republic of Dorvik

"We are happy that other countries are willing to sign onto the idea. I believe that the four of us can start this venture and then we can propose to the World Congress to either adopt it as an independent branch or we can keep it entirely independent."

Cäsar Neugebauer,
Permanent Representative to the World Congress
General-Plenipotentiary to the World Congress of the Federal Republic of Dorvik
