Tropica Prime Minister Mark Edwards to the World Congress.

There is a matter would like to bring to the attention of President, El Salefi. Its about the rise of racists government in third-world countries. We talk about Utari Mosir and Suyu Llaqta. Both government have recently taken actions that are would not be acceptable in democratic.

Currently, the government of Utar Mosir has decided that 7% of the population is useless because they go not fit the (race) of the newly discovered" theory of race. So they decided to send all theses people to special camps so they can be reeducated. We, all, know what this means, they are going to be tortured and enslave. This is direct threat to democracy, when you cannot participate in democracy because of your race. And if ever no purpose are found, there is n doubt in our head that this government will start a genocide.

I also ask you to look at the situation of Suyu Llaqta, where the government has decided that the two largest opposition, the Democratic Worker's Party and the Democratic Voice, were arrested and are not permitted to contest in the elections. Anyone who dare to criticize the government in place end up jail, tortured by the police. this is direct and brutal suppression of democracy.

Mr President, these are direct threats or direct suppression of democracy. And its not because theses event happen in the third-world, that they must be ignored.

Husn Vrkz-Krlmék, Leader of the Ahmadi Alliance, Kingdom of Vanuku:

Fellow delegates,

I would like to draw the General Assembly's attention to the troubling situation with regards to the annual hajj piligrimage to Helem (OOC: Mecca) in Kafuristan.

As most of you will know, it is a religious requirement for Ahmadis (OOC: Muslims) like myself to take the pilgrimage to Helem at least once in our lifetimes. You will understand, therefore, that this situation is a personal issue for millions of Ahmadis all over Terra.

The leftist government in Kafuristan is subjecting pilgrims to intrusive security checks which raise serious concerns in terms of civil and religious liberties. Worse, they are requiring all pilgrims to be subjected to what the Kafuri authorities describe as "an orientation film introducing them to the Workers' Republic and the realities of the socialist and capitalist economic systems". In other words, communist propaganda.

My fellow delegates, I and my fellow Ahmadis fully understand and support Kafuristan's need to keep the hajj event a peaceful occasions. Nobody wants violence. For an Ahmadi to commit violence whilst on hajj would be unheard of. In fact, it would be the worst act of sacrilege.

In recent years, I understand there have been some public disorder incidents, but these have almost always been organised by the regime's supporters and specially-planted agents.

There is, in my view, no justification whatsoever for the way Kafuristan is currently managing this situation, and I appeal to the members of the World Congress to intercede with the Kafuri government in order to ensure next year's hajj is a peaceful success.
