Andrej Vilkas, Deltarian Representative to the World Congress

Barmenian Policies are Barmenian business. By voicing opinions and calling for action, Vanuku and co are clearly demostrating their imperialism. It shows that our leader Manosindus Von Thaller did indeed make the right call in putting such nations on his imperialist blacklist. Deltaria will offer its unconditional support to the Barmenian Government in its excersise of rights regarding its own policies. Additionally, I am pleased to report new progress in Narikaton with Deltaria and the TPP agreeing to an alliance. The war should hopefully be ending soon

Merlkai Hzar, Vanuku's Permanent Representative to World Congress:

If Deltaria wishes to brand Vanuku and its allies imperialist for attempting to prevent the genocidal murders of hundreds, if not thousands, of people by a regime of butchers, so be it.

"But if Deltaria attempts to intervene on behalf of this regime despite the obvious crimes against humanity being committed by it, then they have gone beyond the pale and should be judged by their peers at this Assembly for their actions in facilitating atrocities and protecting those who are carrying them out.

I now announce to the World Congress that Deltaria is guaranteeing the Independence of Barmenia. Any attack on the current regime will be treated as an attack on Deltaria and potentially the Consortium Alliance should they choose to join. Tread carefully Imperialists for your reckless actions must cease. We will also be vetoing any sort of sanctions, military operations etc proposed in the security council directed at Barmenia.

Ibrahim El Salefi, President of the General Assembly of the World Congress

It is a shame to see a person ready to defend someone who is committing a murder. It is a shame that this person is the Head of State of an entire nation, two for the moment. It is a shame to see the life of thousands of people totally ignored, to see genocidial regime being protected... but it is not a surprise when we talk about some Thallers, the world cancer of our time.

Here it seems the words are really useless. For this reason, I'll propose as soon as possible to the Security Council a resolution to condemn and deny futher recognition to the Social Republic of Barmenia for its crime against humaniny and mass murders recorded since the establishment of the new regime. The condemnation and unrecognition of the regime will be followed by an embargo (however, foods, medicaments and other essential goods will be exempted). Doing this, Barmenistan will be expelled by the World Congress.
Any nation ready to recognize Barmenistan and which will cooperate with them will be recognized as co-responsable of the mass murders persued by the Barmenian regime and will be warned about similar measures to be adopted against them.

Furthermore, I condemn Deltaria for its intervention in the Narikatonish Civil War, the most important evidence of the hupocricy of this Thaller which talk about not-interventionism, acting, however, in the same way the nation he criticized as "imperialist" and persuing a clear imperialist policy of Deltaria toward Narikaton.

I'm sick and tired to be mocked by Deltaria and by this Thaller.

Thank you

Merlkai Hzar, Vanuku's Permanent Representative to World Congress:

Despite knowing the obvious consequences of such actions, Deltaria has irresponsibly placed itself between the murderous, genocidal regime in Barmenistan and the right-minded nations of the World Congress.

By guaranteeing Barmenistan's independence and announcing it will veto "any sort of sanctions" and "military actions" proposed by the Security Council it is not only endorsing the barbaric actions by the Socialist Republican regime and allowing people to die in their hundreds but seriously overestimating its own ability to carry through this threat.

So, if any realistic Security Council measure in relation to Barmenistan receives enough votes to pass but is subsequently vetoed by Deltaria, Vanuku will feel morally obliged to take whatever unilateral action is necessary to help the people at the epicentre of this humanitarian disaster.

Therefore, Mr President, we suggest you propose your resolution and let us see if Manosindus von Thaller has enough integrity about him to admit the error of his ways and pull back before it is too late.

Puskás Lenci Fereng, Embassador of New Endralon / Kizenia / Kuzaki to world Congress

We have monitored the situation in Barmenistan, and we are terrified of the current situation. In this regard, we totally condemn the government of Barmenistan for its actions against its own citizens.

We believe in an international policy that respects human rights, and that makes these rights effective. It is true, we also understand that national sovereignty is important for any country. Therefore, we urge the ambassador of Barmenistan to respond to this congress.

Sovereignty can not be violated, and although we agree to give a strong message about the genocides, we are also aware of the prudence and limits of this world congress.

Therefore, we urge the government of Vanuku not to take unilateral measures that could affect the citizens of Barmenistan even more. We urge, too, the President of the General Assembly of the World Congress, Ibrahim El Salefi, to ask the security council for an arms embargo and luxury items. If we do not have a response from the government of Barmenistan, we support the focus on closer monitoring of the arms embargo and enforcement of a no-fly zone over the region.

As members of the security council, we condition our support for moderation and prudence in this delicate case

Ret. Lt. Col Petr Aga, Barmenistan's Ambassador to the World Congress

The World Congress' imperialist approach to a non-existent problem in Barmenistan shakes our confidence in the institution immensely. It manages to ignore Vanuku's repeated and unwarranted threats of violence against Barmenistan. My government has instructed to inform you that we are now considering immediate withdrawal from the World Congress.
To live outside the law, you must be honest.

Ibrahim El Salefi, President of the General Assembly

So... our protests on the brutal persecution of human lives... it is an imperialist approach? Here we are appealed by the brutality of your regime! However, the people of Barmenistan seems to have recently expressed themself on your brutal attempts to impose the Social Republic regime! We hope to see Barmenistan freed by you poisonous ideology of terror!

Merlkai Hzar, Vanuku's Permanent Representative to World Congress:

Indeed, President El Salefi makes a good point in regards to Barmenistan. The brutal Socialist Republican regime seems on very rocky ground following the last election which has seen the Kutsyl Hzsrlji Krsyjogad - the Sacred Hosian Union - take control of the nation's legislature.

We are keen to know what their plans are for the country and whether the murderous actions and systematic expulsion of tens of thousands of so-called "enemies of the state" will now stop. However, as our diplomatic channels are down with this country it is difficult to make contact with any organisation inside of Barmenistan. We hope the KHK will make their intentions clear very soon.
