Tropica Prime Minister Mark Edwards to the World Congress.
There is a matter would like to bring to the attention of President, El Salefi. Its about the rise of racists government in third-world countries. We talk about Utari Mosir and Suyu Llaqta. Both government have recently taken actions that are would not be acceptable in democratic.
Currently, the government of Utar Mosir has decided that 7% of the population is useless because they go not fit the (race) of the newly discovered" theory of race. So they decided to send all theses people to special camps so they can be reeducated. We, all, know what this means, they are going to be tortured and enslave. This is direct threat to democracy, when you cannot participate in democracy because of your race. And if ever no purpose are found, there is n doubt in our head that this government will start a genocide.
I also ask you to look at the situation of Suyu Llaqta, where the government has decided that the two largest opposition, the Democratic Worker's Party and the Democratic Voice, were arrested and are not permitted to contest in the elections. Anyone who dare to criticize the government in place end up jail, tortured by the police. this is direct and brutal suppression of democracy.
Mr President, these are direct threats or direct suppression of democracy. And its not because theses event happen in the third-world, that they must be ignored.
