Below are the archived discussions of the 12th General Assembly Session, which lasted from 4280 to 4297.

Bai Chandra, son of the murdered Dalibor opposition leader Bai Ru

Ladies and Gentlemen of the World Congress - I come to you in our moment of direst need. Dalibor has been sold to the highest bidder, the Hyperion Corporation, and its military arm, Cyphrus Security has brutalized and murdered its way across our nation. We are unable to stand on our own two feet, betrayed by those we called our countrymen who were so blinded by greed and lust that they opened the gates to the greatest enemy our nation has ever known - and I speak as a citizen of an ex-colonial nation, a place well acquainted with exploitation and enemies. My own father, Bai Ru, was murdered in Zaim by a man whose pockets were full of dirty money, and the blame has never gone beyond him. Our people starve and yet our pleas fall on deaf ears. I represent the wretched, ladies and gentlemen of the World Congress; I represent those who have been treated as line items in a spreadsheet. Where are the Indralans now? The Istalians? The Kazulians? Why is the world silent, the Security Council mute, this chamber empty, while children starve, women are raped, and men are summarily executed? We must have action from this body, please. Please.

Jaswinder Patel Minister of Foreign Affairs and liaison to the General Assembly from Malivia,

Bai Chandra is not outright lying but he is heavily sensationalizing and twisting the truth. From what our insider operatives have seen while there has been atrocities committed it has not been the Hyperion corporation committing them but the Bai Chandra opposition which has executed and raped dozens if not hundreds of employees of the Hyperior corporation. He truly represents the wretched most pathetic stratas of society. That is to say the criminals, murderers and rapists.

Zhou Jiahao, Ambassador to the World Congress for Indrala
The Indralan government is watching the situation in Dalibor very closely. Bai Chandra speaks eloquently of the struggles of the Dalibor people who have suffered greatly at the hands of the Hyperion Corporation. As the horrible news we have heard of civilian deaths sent shockwaves throughout the Indralan public, our government has opened its doors to Daliboran refugees, fleeing the tyranny of the regime at present.

The State of Indrala calls on both sides to implement a ceasefire unconditionally and then move to the negotiating table. We have great faith in the ability of the World Congress to ensure the success of this ceasefire, but the State of Indrala is prepared to ensure the stability of the region and the preservation of innocent civilian lives by any means necessary. The ruthless killing cannot, and will not continue.

Halvor Torgersen, Kazulian Ambassador to the World Congress.

The Kingdom of Kazulia has launched an investigation into the financial claims of the various actors in the situation in Dalibor. It is an unpleasing situation which is rapidly deteriorating via influence from external powers. We intend on launching an investigation into the atrocities as to determine whether the sentiments of Mr. Bai Chandra are in fact factual. It is irrational for the Malivian representative to launch a personal attack against the individual who is attempting to bring an issue to light. Without any evidence to support his statement he champions the shit slinging and speaks without thinking. I believe that if he has a counter point to Mr. Chandra's statements he should at least bring a shred of evidence/information to support his statements instead of launching to low personal attack as he recently did.

Jaswinder Patel Minister of Foreign Affairs and liaison to the General Assembly from Malivia,

What do you mean we need to bring evidence? For someone so "informed" Mr. Halvor you apparently have missed the fact that these filthy wretches attacked the parliament and killed and raped dozens if not hundreds of people.

Quoted from Hyperion Star News, Dalibor Branch
XIE HE SLAUGHTERED BY MILITARY
September 25, 4289
The town of Xie He, which is just outside of Shanghui province, was captured by PLF forces over two months ago in an attempt to increase the scale of the war. However, Cyphrus forces began an effort to retake the town earlier this week, culminating in the slaughter of all remaining citizens. Cyphrus Security has not released an official report on the event, but estimates believe that over 2,000 people were killed.

Hyperion responds to Bai Chandra
Our Corporation has done nothing but assist the people of Dalibor since our arrival. Before the violence of this war, unemployment was lowest in nearly eight years!
Then these rebels came, murdering and raping however stands against them. They've killed their in people and yet the world belittles our Corporation as evil. We would be happy if this conflicted ended soon, but not on terms that disfavor the Hyperion Corporation.

Heavy fighting on the coast continues

'I've never seen anything like this,' former gang members speak on fighting in Shanghui

Reports surface of cannibalism in rural PLF towns cut off by Hyperion

Deltarian Prezident Norbert Von Thaller

We regret to announce that a war is imminent between Jelbania and Deltaria. The ruler of Jelbania has claimed the title of "Czar and Autocrat of Deltaria" and is planning to send a horde that is 300,000 strong to enforce his will. Deltarian troops have already been deployed to the border in preparation for an attack. May god be with our brave soldiers!

Taj Jlemai Klunehnd, Mnistr for Tributary States (Foreign Affairs)

The lord H'an has been driven by the arrogance of his rebellious Deltarian subjects to send a small military force to restore order in his southern kingdom. Provincial officials like Norbert Thaller should not be allowed to speak in this august body.

More likely your H'an is weak and his doing the age old mistake of initiating a war rather than purging his internal enemies.

Halvor Torgersen, Kazulian Ambassador to the World Congress.

More likely your H'an is weak and his doing the age old mistake of initiating a war rather than purging his internal enemies. Leaders must adhere to the advise of the Malivian representative for its accentuates core principles of what a nation should not be. Instead of bringing a viable sentiment of resolution to the table, the Malivian representative results to personal attacks and adding fuel to the fire. If you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. It will be in the interests of your nation's already shattered image that you refrain from making comments which seem to degrade this image further and further.
