OOC: Well let me just start of, one businessman and his family were converted, the CRP is not Reformed Hosian, the Social Democrats and Labour are secular the National Union for Likatonian Prosperity has not taken a stance, I am not going to defend my church against lies IC, I hope it was a simple misunderstanding.

You don't need to include "OOC" tags here as the whole topic is OOC.

You do realize that IC and OOC speech is different? It doesn't necessarily matter what you say IC/OOCly if governments/characters/etc want to express lies, propaganda, etc. they can chose to do so right? We're RPing as governments, characters, political parties. Not everything is going to be truthful or not spun to favor a specific direction.

As I said in the other thread on this topic, the nature of the in-game religions is not to act as a proxy for real-life religious debates. As far as I know, nobody exclusively role-plays as characters that share their religious (or political) beliefs and to do so would severely restrict the quality and breadth of role-play that would be possible. Any attacks directed against the John Benton character are directed against him as a fictional character, not as a proxy for attacking your personal religious beliefs.

I am aware, just trying to clarify, since many countries seem to attack the RHC without actually knowing what it is.
