I would like to direct the attention of the 83rd Security Council to the issue raised by the representative from Kundrati pertaining to the ongoing crisis in Malivia, in the continent of Artania. Please note that the Security Council can appoint a President to drive discussions and policy forward. The 83rd General Assembly is of course at the disposal of every citizen of Terra to also voice their concerns and statements with the issues discussed on the Security Council. The World Congress will continue to provide a platform of equal representation to everyone, whether in favour or against policy and initiatives pursued by the Security Council.

Calling the attention of the 83rd Security Council to the issues and resolution brought forth by the representative from Nsanlosa.
Esteemed members of the Security Council, please note that the situations in Malivia and Hulstria have progressed to a different state than previously observed. While debate and discussion is extremely important, it's also equally imperative for the council to be decisive in its actions, or lack thereof, if found prudent.
