We would like to begin a mission to investigate the attack on the embassy in Rildanor. We're aware that this is vitally important to Beiteynu and we believe that a joint mission to investigate is the best plan forward.

We are in agreement. Our current government is also looking to re-open ties with Rildanor, which might be met with resistance from certain factions. How do you suggest we proceed, however, due to the ongoing nature of the Rildanorian conflict?

We believe the most important thing is to bring peace to Rildanor first. We are already cooperating with the Unionist alliance to liberate Sirdour from the Nationalists. Next step is to avoid future tension between the socialist amd the republican factions. For this reason we propose to negotiate a peace conference between the two. The Sekowan plan for the country is to create East Rildanor (a socialist syndicalist state with Saint Antoine or eventually any other city on the east acost as capital) and West Rildanor (a liberal capitalist state with Tiralle or Arloux as its capital). The east could include Montpellier, east Tirallouse and Sirdour, while the rest coulp be West Rildanor. After the situation in the region becomes stable, we could start our investigation.

Is the representative from Sekowo stating that somehow Sekowo has deployed military forces to Rildanor? There is nothing that relates to that nor would the Kingdom be supportive of any efforts to jelbicize (OOC: Balkanize) the nation and would be incredibly opposed to that.

Perhaps the representative from Sekowo is referencing the MD 01/5295 resolution in context, which seems to concern the provision of military supplies for the Socialist faction. The initiative is old, however, so the case might not apply to present day. We echo the statement from Dorvik - the State of Beiteynu does kindly ask for clarifications, especially considering how the situation in Rildanor has evolved substantially since then.

With regards to the jointly led investigation into the attack of the Beiteynuese embassy in Rildanor, we'd like to inform the representative from Dorvik that Beiteynuese-Rildanorian relations have further deteriorated. It would seem impossible to consider a scenario where any Rildanorian government will accept a domestic investigation of such nature. The State of Beiteynu will attempt to open up a channel via Lourenne's leadership in the region, as both governments have expressed mutual concern on the recent instability observed in Seleya and a willingness to explore a potential cooperation to remedy that.

Pertaining to the Dorvish-Beiteynuese investigation in Rildanor, we have reached out to the government of Lourenne for assistance, as well.
